Music journalist Elle J Small is throwing another one of her funk carioca RIO ROX parties next Thursday 8th June at Guanabara, Parker Street, Holborn, from 9pm-2.30am and YOU are invited.

It's gonna be a big one- Mr Catra and DJ Edgar are flying in from Brazil to play the baddest carioca funk beats straight from the favela bailes. Joining them will be the UK's top dawgs DJ Deekline and MC Darrison, bussin some booty breaks, baile funk and drum n bass.

Tis only £5 all night as Guanabara are celebrating the launch of the World Cup (you know Brazil does it best people!), plus there’s gonna be live capoiera and some sexy-ass people. Be there or be, like, totally rectangular dude.
