All you have to do is create something around conflict (you may have something already in your collection/ archive), take a picture of it and upload over at www.ctrlaltshift.co.uk/baltic. It's that easy. The winner gets exhibited at the Baltic next month, as part of the Ctrl.Alt.Shift exhibition, featuring the workd of 15 students mentored by David Shrigley, Graham Hudson, Matthew Stone, T Magic and Benjamin Wachenje.
